Returns
We want you to love your RKM gear, but if it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how to return:
If any of these are missed, we won’t be able to accept the return, and the item will be sent back to you. Once we’ve accepted the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method. Heads up: Sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
We process orders in 3-5 business days (weekends and holidays don’t count). Once your package is with the carrier, shipping times depend on the service you selected. Keep an eye on your email for updates and tracking info—if it doesn’t show up, check your junk mail or contact us directly.
